‘Your care, your choice: - a course for Black people and those that support them’
This pilot course has been co-produced with Black people with lived experience, their carers/supporters, mental health staff, and researchers.
It aims to help people feel more confident with what Advance Choice Documents are, how to make them, and how to use them (more details about the course here - http://tinyurl.com/mr3y46d5)
- When: Every Tuesday in June from 10am – 3pm (June 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th)
