Meeting the health needs of south east Londoners
NHS South East London would like to invite you to join a webinar about the Joint Forward Plan (JFP). The Joint Forward Plan is a five-year plan setting out objectives for meeting the health needs of south east Londoners. It builds on the ICS strategic priorities, borough-based Health and Care Plans and details plans in key service areas.
The webinars will take place on Microsoft Teams:

Both webinars are the same, you only need to book on one.
You will have the opportunity as part of the webinar to take part in two group discussions on either planned care, urgent and emergency care, cancer or aging well.

The ICS are keen to understand your views on what they need to do so they can make a real difference in these key areas of care for local people, what you think is important and what you think would need to be different in five years’ times.
